Package: libdirectfb-1.2-0 Version: 1.2.9-1 File: directfb-1.2 Justification: renders package unusable Severity: grave
*** Please type your report below this line *** Admittedly, I'm not sure if this is a libdirectfb-1.2 bug -- yet after the last upgrade, many applications refuse to start, emitting an error message like error while loading shared libraries: libdirectfb-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory This already happened during the upgrade process, with dictionaries-common causing emacs23 to throw the above error. Further applications exhibiting this problem are e.g. synaptic, iceweasel, sound-juicer and gschem (all GTK apps, methinks). -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-trunk-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages libdirectfb-1.2-0 depends on: ii libc6 2.10.2-5 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libsysfs2 2.1.0-6 interface library to sysfs ii libts-0.0-0 1.0-7 touch screen library libdirectfb-1.2-0 recommends no packages. libdirectfb-1.2-0 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-rc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
