The problem is, that the new version of rat uses CIS's terms of use which are clearly non-free (see the disclaimer when you run the self extracting archive or the etc/CIS_TERMS.txt file it generates). I would like to upgrade to this latest version, but I'm afraid I can't. > It looks like this package could really use some love.
