Justification: FTBFS

Hi,

your package fails on the buildds, presumably because the Build-Depends
are confusing:
| […] imagemagick, imagemagick (<= 7:6.5.5.3-1) | libmagickcore3-extra |
libmagickcore2-extra | libwmf-bin

So, imagemagick gets pulled, but its version is too high, so the first
part of the alternative isn't fulfilled, and it breaks:
| After installing, the following source dependencies are still unsatisfied:
| imagemagick(inst 7:6.5.8.3-1 ! <= wanted
7:6.5.5.3-1)|libmagickcore3-extra(missing)|libmagickcore2-extra(missing)|libwmf-bin(missing)

Things could be smarter, but as it is, your package FTBFS on the
buildds, so here's your bug. :)

Mraw,
KiBi.

Reordered disjunction of build dependencies, thus working around
dependency satisfaction incompetence of the autobuilder software.
