Hi,
sh4 and avr32 are set as a package in Build-Depends of aegis.

libcurl4-gnutls-dev, perl, libmagic-dev, gawk, cdbs (>= 0.4.23-1.1), rcs, ed,
patchutils (>= 0.2.25), libxml2-dev, libbz2-dev, bzip2, po-debconf, cook,
fhist, subversion | sh4 | avr32, cvs, cssc, flex

sh4 and avr32 are the architecture names in Debian.
You must not set it in the same way as package.
And avr32 has not yet , but sh4 has a subverion package.
Please remove sh4 and avr32 from Build-Depends.
