Debian Lenny ships with
dhis-client 5.5-2
dhis-server 5.3-1.2
There was a protocol change in between those versions that renders
dynamic updates unusable. Therefore, having a dhis-client 5.5 trying
to update to a dhis-server 5.3 will NOT work. Older versions of
dhis-servers will not work either, therefore a Lenny system
with dhis-client 5.5 will NOT be able to update unless the server
has dhis-server 5.5 as well.
As a workaround one has to download dhisd 5.5 sources, build and then
apply a diversion.
