Hi,

the last upload tried to avoid using name getline,
but it missed the necessary rename in maketab.c.
As a result, it does not work,
i.e. SIGSEGV during build of kfreebsd-8.

I also suggest to rename to awkgetline(),
to be consistent with awkprintf and so on.
