The BTS doesn't really know who has NMU'd a package, and can't know whether
new bugs were caused by your upload or unrelated; pts-subscribe(1), from
devscripts, is a useful way to subscribe to packages you've NMU'd (although
with its default settings it would have unsubscribed you by now anyway).

Too late, that version number is less than the one you uploaded, so it'd be
rejected at upload; 2.15a-1.1 would be correct, now.
