Yes, this was an oversight on my part and has been removed. >> - is debian/README.Debian still relevant ? what is mean by "newest tri= tonus is=20 >> not fully compatible" ? I am not quite sure myself, it is my first upload of the package - nevertheless we tested jlgui and found that the workaround does not appear to be valid any longer. >> - in debian/control, there is no need for Depends: ${shlibs:Depends} >> Fixed as well. >> You should at least fix kaffe/tritonus issue before upload. >> >> Cheers, >=20 >=20 > Hi Damien >=20 > Thanks for your review - I will look into dealing with this; though it > may take a couple of days; since I am using this package to demonstrate= > how to package things to a friend of mine (in the hope he will become a= n > active maintainer). >=20 > ~Niels >=20 However, I have not re-uploaded jlgui just yet. We ran into a problem with the audio part. When starting jlgui with openjdk it defaulted to use pulseaudio (which was not even installed) and failed to play any sound. Using sun-java6 it found another audio-device and played just fine. It is possible to get sound working with openjdk by simply changing the sound-device in the preferences - but since it does not work "out of the box" with openjdk (at least in our case) I was wondering what we should do about it. If you want to test it, I have committed my latest changes as revision 10951. NB: I decided to CC bts, so people can see this is being worked on. ~Niels
