tag 546782 + confirmed pending thanks Daniel, thanks for reporting this bug! The test case fails because the atime of inetd.conf changes once it's read. It should really be checking only mtime and ctime.
It didn't fail in my computer (and apparently when ran by autobuilders) because I'm running the tests in a filesystem that's been mounted with noatime.
