Hi, I tried to reproduce in C, what the script does in Perl. The problem is (or seems to be) (in both cases), that the path returned by get_cursor() (gtk_tree_view_get_cursor) is NULL for some reason and this seems to fail in libgtk2-perl. I sent a mail to the gtk-app-devel list.
