It was for a pop account

I re-upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.0.6 again and could not
duplicate the problem. i sent mail to myself with no
problem. I can go into the junk folder with no
problem. I haven't received another junk mail since
the upgrade again though and both times the problem
happened was right when I received a new junk mail.
