Hi,
the package is uninstallable on amd64, as it depends on libltdl3
(>= 1.5.2-2). I assume it is enough to just ask for a binNMU to fix
this.

And binNMUs don't need to go through the BTS (maintainers don't generally
have access to schedule them). Closing the bug - and binNMU scheduled.
