Are you sure it's not a bug in piupart? If you take a look at the log: Selecting previously deselected package gambas2-runtime. Unpacking gambas2-runtime (from .../gambas2-runtime_2.12-2_amd64.deb) ... it's using gambas2-runtime 2.12-2, the one with the bug instead of version 2.13-1 that has the bug fixed...
