Couldn't load ResourceStream for org/apache/ivy/plugins/parser/m2/m2-entities.ent [ivy:retrieve] io problem while parsing ivy file: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/sourceforge/nekohtml/nekohtml/1.9.12/nekohtml-1.9.12.pom: null Sure enough, m2-entities.ent is missing from ivy.jar.
