Package: aboot
Version: 1.0~pre20040408-3
Severity: critical
Justification: breaks the whole system

The bootlx file shipped with aboot-base is version 0.9b instead of
1.0~pre20040408.
The official lenny kernel is incompatible with aboot 0.9 and will fail
to boot.

The version of the bootlx file can be checked without installing using
hexedit and looking for version strings.

Compiling from the sources produces the correct file. It is likely
this is a build issue.
