Mmm, they _do_ exist, see the file referenced by cfgstoragemaker:

In this file you have hrStorageUsed described.

It looks like the configuration on which you run mrtg is not the same
as what you pasted above.  Did you perhaps forgot to put the LoadMIBs
directive produced by cfgstoragemaker in your mrtg config?
