thanks

Hi Elrond,

I change the severity of your bug to wishlist and I believe I have a
good reason why. The upstream author writes the following comment:

"""
Thomas -- FYI, I tweaked debian/{control,rules} slightly for the
0.20 release; 44ed8807bead656889fb5022f974e13a7169098c has the
changes. In particular, we currently cannot use the unbundled
sqlite, because we have some local changes that are not yet migrated
upstream. I also dropped the Build-Depend on popt while I was
there, since we've required the bundled version of that since 0.19
(at least?) as well.

"""

I want monotone to use the shared libraries of sqlite, popt, lua,
etc as distributed with Debian. But it is not currently possible
according to upstream. I should have mentioned this in more detail
in the changelog, so thanks for pointing this out.
