installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables POTAMUS_CFLAGS
and POTAMUS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

For some reason you have a Build-Dependency on libvorbisfile3. You
should never build depend on a library. You want to build-depend on
-dev package instead, so on libvorbis-dev.
