It seems that the include file moved from /usr/include/ffmpeg/avcodec.h
to /usr/include/libavcodec/avcodec.h but that the libavcodec.pc
is not properly changed.
The old .pc file had:
prefix=/usr
includedir=${prefix}/include
Cflags: -I${includedir}/ffmpeg
While the new one just has:
prefix=/usr
includedir=${prefix}/include
Cflags: -I${includedir}
