Also in - 1.0.rc17-1ubuntu2.1 - and, according to all reports, all
versions of dovecot 1.0.
This is happening when a sieve server attempts to pass require: regex,
as per reported here:

This is causing all vacation messages to not work without being manually
added via a command line, hence making this unusable.
