Hi, I'll be uploading a new zebra package where libzebra-dev conflicts against quagga; however, since quagga is named quagga and not zebra anymore, it would be sensible to rename libzebra to libquagga (assumed that there are not hundrets of packages linking against libzebra from quagga).
