I could reproduce these test failures earlier, today I looked again and the tests worked.
I ran the test suite 100 times in a loop, and all tests were successful. But I neither know why they randomly failed in earlier tries nor why the succeed now. I'm inclined to closes the bug(s) but I'd appreciate tests by someone else before.
