Package: lvm2 Severity: serious I didn't find a bug for this during a quick scan, so here:
Please see #484228. This is not a udev problem, it's mdadm and lvm2 failing to provide the links. mdadm will have this fixed in 2.6.7-2 and hopefully in time for lenny. See #435983. Relevant commits for mdadm are here, in case they help: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-mdadm/mdadm.git;a=commitdiff;h=fbb0bb5b4e12756f3ac30fc082a28a52cea3062e http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-mdadm/mdadm.git;a=commitdiff;h=736d8e5a444515db8028acb5fc597fccda586abf http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-mdadm/mdadm.git;a=commitdiff;h=ca945353883ffb66d48a727ee65103ab3eb95f4e http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-mdadm/mdadm.git;a=commitdiff;h=c99c2b5ba8aeb79fa9fc1444046bb36602204e52 and there is discusion on doing that udevsettle thing in initramfs-tools proper.
