I've confirmed that persistent-input.rules is missing. As it is only a
small rules file and using event0 directly has its own dangers, I think
just adding it to udev-udeb is the best option here.
Marco: could you please add that with your next upload?
I've added a workaround for the missing symlink in qcontrol for the mean
time.
