The problem here is that conflicting versions of packages are currently installable in testing. This has been fixed in unstable, but shouldn't packages be pointing to the right versions so that this can't happen? libdecoration should be at the same version as the compizconfig packages same version as the compiz packages. What we're seeing is API incompatibilities.
