Try manually unpacking the various perl packages with "dpkg --unpack <.deb file>" or maybe try "apt-get reinstall perl perl-base perl-modules" But we can't do anything with the bug report if you're not able to explain how you brought your system into this state. > It's definitely a perl bug...
