To the best of my knowledge, no such cease and desist has been incoming
for the past 5 years or so, and no more point releases will be made of
woody.

I'm therefore closing this bug, if ever such a cease and desist is
incoming, we'll deal with it then, it has not much use keeping this bug
open on it.
