Is anyone interested in fix this this bug? It has been bounced around the BTS, is incorrectly marked as "wontfix" after the last forcemerge, and no response to last suggestion a few days ago.
To reiterate: The downgrade of dependency of gnupg to recommends causes problems because apt cannot handle this situation gracefully (as shown by waldi).
