Package: spambayes Version: 1.0.4-3 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
(This has caused data loss for me, but it wasn't purely spambayes's fault; my local MDA scripting wasn't as robust as it should have been.) SpamBayes appears to refuse to run at all with the newly-upgraded Python. I gather it only installs itself into the Python 2.4 directories... ? $ /usr/bin/sb_filter.py Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/sb_filter.py", line 80, in <module> from spambayes import hammie, Options, mboxutils, storage ImportError: No module named spambayes ---> Drake Wilson -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.24.2 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages spambayes depends on: ii python 2.5.2-0.1 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-central 0.6.2 register and build utility for Pyt spambayes recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
