Looks like there's logic in the failed tests for mips on irix, which probably should be extended to mips on linux.

Well, it built fine (probably a manual build by a porter, since the
build log is not available). So we probably can close this bug now.

Also, I don't think that build failures on m68k are RC, since it's no
longer a release arch (but I'm not sure).
