plone-site (plone 2.5.x serie) was using zope2.9, so I suppose you moved everything from /var/lib/zope2.9/instance/plone-site, is it correct? Anyway, could you please send my the tar.gz of /var/lib/zope2.10/instance/plone3-site (without the Data.fs*, of course) so I can inspect it?
