Package: libauthen-dechpwd-perl Version: 2.002-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
The modules in this package (and their documentation) are currently installed under /usr/usr, so they are not on the Perl search path. As noted in #464908, using Build.PL instead of Makefile.PL might be the cleanest fix.
