Package: libnss-db Version: 2.2.3pre1-2.2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear all After upgrding to libnss-db, /var/lib/misc was empty. Re-installing libnss-db created /etc/default/libnss-db as well as /var/lib/misc/Makefile. However, the *.db files were not created. Creating them manually by sudo make -f /var/lib/misc/Makefile causes makedb to not terminate when creating the passwd.db files. Any hint what is going wrong? Thanks.
