I don't have any way to test this on my own, but I think the fix in 3.6-7 may very well also fix this problem as it essentially prevents files from the 32-bit builds from overwriting files from the 64-bit builds. If you would, please see if the bug is still there with 3.6-7. I have just uploaded it, so it may take a day or so to appear in the archive for amd64. If the bug has been fixed in 3.6-7, then I will go ahead and close this bug (marking it fixed in 3.6-7).
