While I agree to fix this (but I will prepare a package for the latest libcdio first), why do you think it is serious? As far as I un derstand licensing, I am allowed to take some "GPL v2 or above" and treat it "at my option" as GPL v2, and then release it as GPL v2 only. Am I missing something?
