 I believe that the cause for this was fixed in linux-libc-dev 2.6.21-3,
 so rebuild on the failed archs is needed. 

 On s390 the failure was caused by nfs-common installation issue. Don't
 see anything on BTS, so retry attempt would be needed there too.
