gnome-mount should depend on libeel2-2.18 which is the only version
available in Sid. I forced it's install with dpkg and it seems to work
well.

gnome-mount in sid [1] correctly depends on libeel2-2.18.
The uptodate version in sid for your platform is 0.6-1+b2
