This problem was due to a recent erroneous upstream change to the s390
Linux port that made copy_to_user a GPL-only symbol. A patch has been
submitted to correct this:

I'm going to make the assumption that this patch will make its way into
the upstream kernel and from there into the Debian kernel and hence this
bug doesn't need more attention from the OpenAFS side.
Let me know if that looks incorrect to you. Also let me know if you'd
like me to reassign this bug to the s390 kernel package instead.
Otherwise, I'll close it when a fixed s390 kernel package is available.
