hi stephane,

i'm adjusting the severity of this bug because you haven't mentioned
what non-serious data-loss this creates.  if you have an init script
that fails to start nagios, i think the severity would more properly
be classified as "important", so this is what i've done in the meantime.

also, i've double checked for sanity purposes on my nagios-text install,
which starts and stops just fine, so i'm going to tag this
unreproducible until we can figure out exactly what's going on.

could you put a "set -x" in the top of your init script, and send me
the output of /etc/init.d/nagios start?
