Look under then kernel-source-2.X.Y.redhat and kernel-source-2.6.Y.fedora directories. Just by the by, it is only possible to produce a produce a kernel-patch-redhat if Red Hat produces a kernel of the same version. Red Hat hasn't released a 2.6.8 under the "Red Hat" brand, but they have released a Fedora kernel for 2.6.8.
