In fact, I think you only have to remove these two files:
twiki-20040902/lib/Algorithm/Diff.pm
twiki-20040902/lib/Text/Diff.pm
debian/controls already contains a dependency on libalgorithm-diff-perl,
which provides Diff.pm. Then no need for libtext-diff-perl.
The patch I provide is ridiculous, but I hope it helps.
