The problem is that kwave build-depends on automake1.7, but invokes
"aclocal" from Makefile.dist.  Having automake1.7 installed does not
guarantee that the aclocal command is the version from automake1.7.
Please update this Makefile.dist to call aclocal by the correct name for
Debian systems, aclocal-1.7.

This package is likely to be the last blocker for the transition to
libflac6 in sarge, and we probably won't wait for it to be ready before
transitioning the remaining packages; the sooner someone uploads a fix
for this, the sooner kwave will get back into sarge.
