This seems advisable, since it doesn't look like this bug is being resolved
in the short term.

OTOH, if the only problem with the 2.33.2-2 version of clisp that's
currently in sarge is that the mipsel binaries lack FFI support, then this
bug can probably just be tagged 'sid' and ignored for the release (unless
another RC bug shows up that affects sarge), in which case there's no hurry.

I pinged Thiemo Seufer about this recently, with luck he'll be able to spare
some time to look at this bug sometime soon.
