Dear Maintainer,
The calibre.desktop file at
/usr/share/applications/calibre.desktop does not associate with epub .
Either calibre.desktop should do it or there could be perhaps
ebook-viewer.desktop which is associated with .epub filetype. Couple
of links[1][2] which perhaps gives idea what I mean.
