It plays .wav files normally, and it plays .flv with embedded .aac (although "seek forward [fast]" und "seek backward [fast]" do not work, but they never did with aac). It also _seems_ to play .ogg normally, but I cannot really tell, as the only .ogg file I have at my disposition just now is /usr/share/devede/silence.ogg ;-) However, when calling mocp with the name of one or more .mp3 files as an argument, it starts normally, but when pressing <ENTER> to actually start playing the file, nothing happens. I called reportbug with options --attach mocp_client_log --attach mocp_server_log moc where mocp_client_log and mocp_server_log are logfiles produced during one such rather short experiment. I have the impression that this will not work, as I cannot see any attachment to this mail. So just mail me back if you need more data. I hope this bug can be fixed soon, because, although there are many alternatives around, this simple and straightforward player is by far my favourite.
