It seems to work with the attached file. I restarted "networking" and
"dnsmasq" after installing the deb and now jugle.net resolves to the
correct address.

I guess you could use those same DNS servers, at least the first three
should work (the fourth seems to be my ISP's DHCP server, which doesn't
really have a DNS server listening at that address).
