Please remove sharand, a tool to generate sha1sums and/or
SHA-1-based cryptographically random files. It does not appear to be
distributable as a binary in its current form, since it links a non-free
implementation of SHA1 (from an RFC) to the GPL'd implementation of
its other functionality. (See #659645.)
Its two uses can be replaced with `sha1sum - | sed 's/ .*//'` and
/dev/urandom, so I'm not convinced it's useful at all.
