Bug#649456: Confirmed workaround in wheezy (testing)

NSS_SSL_CBC_RANDOM_IV=0 workaround confirmed on wheezy with kernel 
3.2.0-1-amd64 and
pidgin-sipe      1.11.2-1.1
libnss3-1d       3.13.1.with.ckbi
