The version in Sarge will only receive security fixes now so you will need to patch this yourself. I recommend copying the file /usr/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm into /usr/local/share/request-tracker3.4/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm and making the correction there. Any changes made there will be preserved between package upgrades, when, for instance, there is a security bug fix at some future date.
