/etc/cron.daily/standard:
Some local file systems lack a lost+found directory. This means if the
file system is damaged and needs to be repaired, fsck will not have
anywhere to put stray files for recovery. You should consider creating
a lost+found directory with mklost+found(8).
The following lost+found directories were not available:
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-7ed99011-0338-4d64-84b7-0d7ab43176e0/lost+found
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-7ed99011-0338-4d64-84b7-0d7ab43176e0/home/lost+found
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-7ed99011-0338-4d64-84b7-0d7ab43176e0/tmp/lost+found
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-86da51c9-6796-47de-b47d-35df13569602/lost+found
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-86da51c9-6796-47de-b47d-35df13569602/home/lost+found
/var/lib/schroot/mount/newghc-86da51c9-6796-47de-b47d-35df13569602/tmp/lost+foundThese are bind mounted by schroot. Now that /etc/mtab is a symlink to /proc/mounts, it contains entries for such bind mounts. Perhaps it did not when it was a standalone file. Seems that this script should detect and skip bind mounts. The only way to do that seems to be to remember filesystems found earlier in the mtab and skip later remounts of them. -- Package-specific info: --- EDITOR: not set --- /usr/bin/editor: /bin/nano --- /usr/bin/crontab: -rwxr-sr-x 1 root crontab 31100 Sep 18 16:35 /usr/bin/crontab --- /var/spool/cron: drwxr-xr-x 5 root root 4096 Mar 9 2010 /var/spool/cron --- /var/spool/cron/crontabs: drwx-wx--T 2 root crontab 4096 Feb 22 10:31 /var/spool/cron/crontabs --- /etc/cron.d: drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 2 13:09 /etc/cron.d --- /etc/cron.daily: drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 14 12:42 /etc/cron.daily --- /etc/cron.hourly: drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Sep 27 12:59 /etc/cron.hourly --- /etc/cron.monthly: drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 2 13:05 /etc/cron.monthly --- /etc/cron.weekly: drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jan 2 13:09 /etc/cron.weekly -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.1.0-1-686-pae (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages cron depends on: ii adduser 3.113 ii debianutils 4.1 ii dpkg 1.16.1.2 ii libc6 2.13-24 ii libpam-runtime 1.1.3-6 ii libpam0g 1.1.3-6 ii libselinux1 2.1.0-4 ii lsb-base 3.2-28 Versions of packages cron recommends: ii postfix [mail-transport-agent] 2.8.5-1.1 Versions of packages cron suggests: ii anacron 2.3-14 ii checksecurity <none> ii logrotate 3.8.1-1 Versions of packages cron is related to: pn libnss-ldap <none> pn libnss-ldapd <none> pn libpam-ldap <none> pn libpam-mount <none> pn nis <none> pn nscd <none> -- no debconf information -- see shy jo
